SAFETY IS OUR PRIORITY

A warm welcome awaits you, while safety, wellbeing, and happiness of all our homeowners, customers and staff remains our highest priority. That’s why we’ve changed the way we do things, going beyond public health guidelines, so whether you’re visiting a retirement development for the first time or about to move into an apartment, you can feel confident that you’re in safe hands.

VISITS

When you’re ready to visit us a warm and friendly welcome awaits you. But not only that – we’re all set to welcome you safely. Here’s what you can expect when you come to visit:

APPOINTMENT ONLY

To ensure we can adequately prepare the property, all viewings will be carried out by appointment only. Click here to book a viewing. Book a Viewing Form

SAFE ZONE

Rest assured that appointments will only be made at developments where no residents or staff members are displaying Covid-19 symptoms.

GOOD HEALTH

We ask that only customers who are in good health attend viewings and we’ll give you a call before your appointment to check you’re feeling okay.

SURFACES CLEANED

In preparation of a viewing all door handles, light switched, and hard surfaces will be sanitised. We also advise visitors to avoid touching any surfaces where possible.

LIMITED PERSONS

Viewings are limited to a maximum of 3 adults and 2m social distancing will always be maintained.

WASH HANDS

Upon arrival visitors will be required to wash their hands or use hand sanitiser.

TEMPERATURE CHECK

Where possible visitors maybe asked for a temperature check.
