The first step is to look for a home that ticks all your boxes. You can search all our available resale properties here.
All our developments are well-placed with local amenities and essential transport link within easy reach. When you spot a property you like, simply request a viewing or call our team to find out more.
Stay up to date with all our developments
You might know of a McCarthy Stone development in your area that’s currently sold out. It’s a good idea to let us know you’re interested. We can then keep you fully informed when properties become available
Step 2
Make it yours
Once you’ve chosen your ideal property, all you need to do is make an offer with one of our Property Consultants. They will then work with you and our dedicated Sales Progressor to make the process is as straightforward as possible.
If you have a property to sell, why not ask our Property Consultants about our part exchange service? You’ll benefit from a guaranteed house sale, no chain, no estate agent fees and the ability to move at your own pace.
This is also a good opportunity to speak with our Entitlements Advisor to see what allowances you may be able to claim and how much financial support you could receive.
We can also put you in touch with one of our Conveyancing specialists who knows our developments well and can help your purchase go through as smoothly as possible.
