How to make a referral
Simply complete the online for below or download and complete a referral form and pass it on to your House or Estate Manager, or your Resales Property Consultant.
We will add the referral to our database with your name as the referrer. If one of your referrals earns you a reward, we will inform you by telephone first and then in writing by letter. The cheque will then be delivered separately

- To receive the referral fee of £250 you must refer someone (a friend) to us who purchases a preowned and then goes on to legally complete on a pre-owned property sold by McCarthy & Stone Resales at one of our managed developments by 31st December 2020.
- McCarthy & Stone Resales reserves the right to claim back any referral fee applied through Refer a Friend if fraud or abuse is suspected or a referral fee is paid in error.
- If your friend is on our database on the date we are notified of the referral then you will not be eligible for a referral fee.
- At the time of the referral, your friend must not have already been recommended by anyone else.
- The referral fee will be paid by cheque which will be issued to you within 28 days of your friend completing their property purchase.
- Referral fees will not be applied retrospectively.
- By providing us with your contact details you agree that we will use your personal data to administer Refer a Friend, for instance to post any referral fee to you.
- If you pass your friend’s details to McCarthy & Stone Resales, you confirm that you have your friend’s permission to do so.
- This offer is available in conjunction with other offers.
- McCarthy & Stone Resales reserves the right to withdraw this offer at any time.
- This offer is not available to anyone employed by McCarthy & Stone or Your Live Services.
