There’s no need to worry about chains, dealing with estate agents, paying their fees or worrying about the sale falling through. Plus, there’s no need to move out and move in all on the same day as you retain access to the property you sell for up to two weeks following completion on your McCarthy Stone property. You find your perfect McCarthy Stone Property and we refer you to our dedicated Part Exchange team who will independently value your current property.
Step 2
When you receive your part exchange offer, we’ll discuss this with you so you can decide if you’re happy to sell. All our Part Exchange valuations are free and there’s no obligation to accept.
Step 3
If you accept the offer, we simply work with your Solicitors to finalise the contracts.
