About Liberty House

Just south of central London, Liberty House is a stunning development boasting one and two bedroom apartments. These beautiful apartments have fully fitted bathrooms and modern kitchens, equipped with an oven, hob and hood.

A selection of apartments feature extra large private balconies offering views over the beautifully maintained landscaped gardens. Homeowners at Liberty House can also enjoy a spacious roof terrace, offering spectacular panoramic views over the London skyline; the perfect place to sip a G&T and watch the world go by!

There is an Estate Manager who leads the team and oversees the development. One hour of domestic support per week is included in the service charge at Liberty House with additional services including care and support available at an extra charge. However, this can be from as little as 15 minutes per session which can be increased or decreased to suit your needs.

Liberty House features a stylish communal lounge, with bi-fold doors opening out to a terrace and garden. With lawn, raised beds and a green house, the development is proving popular with those who enjoy gardening and growing their own. The garden provides a space to relax, but also one to socialise with neighbours and grow produce.

The guest suite provides a fantastic option for visiting family and friends, allowing homeowners to enjoy company, without any of the hassle associated with having guests to stay.

Liberty House is conveniently located within the London Borough of Merton, between Wimbledon and New Malden and only 8 Miles from Central London, Raynes Park is a popular spot with a bustling social scene. There are plenty of public transport options – Wimbledon Chase, Raynes Park and South Merton stations are within a short distance and provide regular services to Clapham Junction, London Victoria and London Bridge.

Communal facilities include a Club lounge where social events and activities take place, a function room and a roof top terrace there are also landscaped gardens. There are two fully equipped laundry rooms and a restaurant which is table service and serves freshly prepared meals daily. If your guests wish to stay, there is guest suite accommodation which can be booked (fees apply). There is a 24 hour emergency call system provided by a personal pendant and call points in your bedroom and bathroom as well as onsite management 24 hours a day.
