Service Charge Deferral - Terms and Conditions
- McCarthy Stone Resales are offering sellers of selected properties the option to defer Service Charges for up to two years
- Available on apartments within Retirement Living PLUS developments only
- Properties must be sold under a sole agency agreement with McCarthy Stone Resales
- Properties must be advertised for a minimum of 6 months to qualify
- Service charges can be deferred for a maximum of two years
- McCarthy & Stone will pay all service charges on behalf of the seller whilst payments are deferred
- All accrued charges must be paid upon successful completion of the property
- Not available in conjunction with any other offer or promotion
- The offer is only available on resale properties sold by McCarthy Stone Resales
- Offer may be withdrawn at any time by McCarthy Stone
