We will recommend a firm of reputable solicitors to deal with all the legal aspects of your sale. From preparing the fixtures and fitting list to exchange and final completion, all legal services come under one fixed price, provided at the start of the process. That means no nasty surprises. Paperwork in order
When selling a property, you need an Energy Performance Certificate (EPC). An EPC lasts for 10 years, so if your home is less than 10 years old we will almost certainly already have your EPC. That’s one less thing to think about. And if your property is older, don’t worry. It will need an EPC, but we can put you in touch with our preferred supplier or commission an EPC on your behalf.
Our estate agency cost
We charge an estate agency fee as a percentage of the agreed selling price (plus VAT).
And when it comes to moving out, we have partner removal specialists to take care of all packing and unpacking, so you can focus on the next stage of your life.
