Earlier this month homeowners at Wilton Court in Kenilworth gathered in the communal lounge to celebrate McCarthy & Stone Resales’ first birthday. Staff and visitors from nearby McCarthy & Stone developments joined the afternoon celebrations and enjoyed coffee and cake with the retirement housebuilders’ Resales team.

To mark the businesses first birthday, the Resales team will host several celebratory events at various McCarthy & Stone developments across the country. Regional Property Consultant, Mikaela Husbands chose Wilton Court in Kenilworth to host Resales’ West Midlands anniversary party. Mavis Knighton, Wilton Court’s longest occupying homeowner was given the honour of cutting the cake, which was enjoyed by all homeowners and staff at the development.
