Homeowners at Jowett Court in Bradford gathered in the communal lounge to celebrate McCarthy & Stone Resales’ first birthday. Staff and visitors from nearby McCarthy & Stone developments attended the morning celebrations and enjoyed coffee and cake with the retirement housebuilders’ Resales team.
Opening for business just twelve months ago, McCarthy & Stone Resales - the company’s specialist property service - is having a positive impact when it comes to supporting those who wish to resell their retirement properties, as well as helping new customers experience what a retirement living lifestyle is all about.
To mark the businesses first birthday, the Resales team will host several celebratory events at various McCarthy & Stone developments across the country. Regional Property Consultant, Brendan Mann chose Jowett Court in Bradford to host the Resales anniversary party. Bernard Taglioni and Margaret Taglioni, Jowett Court’s longest occupying homeowner were given the honour of cutting the cake, which was enjoyed by all homeowners and staff at the development.
